Lovers of interior design will be delighted with the opening, for the first time in Quebec, of the H & M Home boutique.

It is located in the new H & M store at Carrefour Laval. This 39,000 square foot address is the second largest in Canada.

Open to the public since Thursday, the shop includes the latest trends in decoration. “The available collections will offer options for the living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, children’s room and all the different occasions and celebrations during the year,” according to a press release issued by the brand.

“The H & M HOME collection respects the commercial concept of H & M offering fashion and quality at the best price in an eco-responsible way and blends interior decoration and design with a wide range of textiles and decorative objects.”

With Christmas just a few weeks away , the holiday collection takes on a big importanace. “H & M Home gives way to naturalness and celebration, everything is in combination – daring to combine the natural with something sophisticated. Blends of wood and metal, unbleached linen with sequins and heavy knits with sequins give a traditional and contemporary look.

“The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with black adding a more dramatic element, such as a dark starry winter sky set the tone,” said Evelina Kravaev Söderberg, creative director for H & M Home.

If you are unable to shop, H & M Home’s collections are also available at the newly launched online store in Canada.
