Sears failed because it didn’t to adapt to the digital reality

The once mighty Sears, the same company who in years gone by innovated with the famous Sears catalog failed to get with the times and adapt to the new reality that is the digital world… Today’s consumer especially millennials just failed to connect with the big box store that once dominated retail sales. They are not the first to go by the way of the Dodo and they will not be the last. In todays business world it’s adapt or die .
